2.1.1 - Account & Profile

  • Name, email, password (hashed by our authentication provider), profile photo, bio.
  • If you sign in using Google, Facebook, or Apple, we receive basic profile information from that provider.

2.1.2 - Seller & Payout Information

  • Identity and bank details required for payouts, collected and verified by Stripe Connect.
  • We do not store full bank account or payment card numbers.

2.1.3 - Buyer & Order Information

  • Shipping address.
  • Order details.
  • Payment information processed by Stripe.

2.1.4 - Content You Submit

  • Listings.
  • Photos and videos.
  • Stories and highlights.
  • Live shopping broadcasts.
  • Messages, reviews, disputes, and reports.

2.1.5 - Support Requests

  • Messages sent to our support team.
  • Data deletion requests.

2.2 - Information Collected Automatically

2.2.1 - Usage & Device Data

  • Pages viewed.

4.1 - Other Users

Public profiles, listings, stories, live broadcasts, reviews, and interactions are visible by design.

4.2 - Service Providers

We share information with Sharetribe, Stripe, Firebase, Google Gemini, Google Maps, Google Analytics 4, PostHog, Sentry, Mailgun, and social login providers solely to operate the Service.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4.3 - Legal Requirements

Information may be disclosed when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4.4 - Business Transfers

Information may transfer during mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales.

5 - AI-Assisted Features

Pastel offers optional AI-generated listing drafts using Google Gemini. You remain responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing.

6 - Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and analytics technologies for authentication, preferences, diagnostics, and product analytics.

7 - Push Notifications & Marketing

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. Transactional communications remain necessary to provide the Service.

8 - Data Retention & Deletion

We retain information while your account is active and as required by law. Users may delete their account or request deletion. Certain financial records may be retained for legal compliance.
