Request Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your Pastel account and associated personal data directly from your account settings.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, name, contact details, and saved addresses.
- Your shop, listings, and uploaded media (if you are a seller).
- Your favorites, follows, and notification preferences.
- Login credentials and any linked social sign-in.
What is retained
- Past order and payment records are retained as required by law (typically 7 years for financial records).
- Anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked back to you.
How long it takes
Once your request is received, we will process it within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
How to delete your account
- 1Log in to your account.
- 2Go to Settings.
- 3Select Delete account and confirm to delete your account.
