Vintage Waterford Crystal Alana Ship’s Decanter with Faceted Stopper | Signed Crystal Barware

Some pieces seem made for rooms filled with stories—a library lined with well-loved books, a polished antique sideboard, or a gathering that carries on long after dinner. This Waterford Crystal Alana ship’s decanter brings that timeless elegance into your home.

Its broad, graceful base catches the light through intricate diamond cutting, while a slender, fluted neck rises to a beautifully faceted crystal stopper. Every turn reveals another reflection, giving this piece a presence that is equally striking on a vintage bar cart or displayed beside your favorite collected treasures.

The ship’s decanter silhouette evokes the tradition of life at sea, where a wide base offered greater stability aboard a moving vessel. Picture the quiet refinement of a captain’s cabin: dark wood, maps spread across a desk, and crystal sparkling in the lamplight. It is an image this piece invites, rather than a claim about its individual history.

Waterford’s celebrated crystal-making heritage and the classic Alana pattern make this a lovely find for collectors of Irish crystal, traditional barware, and enduring design. The etched Waterford maker’s mark is present along the bottom edge of the base, as shown in the photographs.

Presented in beautiful vintage condition, with the faceted stopper included. A thoughtful gift for a crystal collector or a beautiful finishing touch for a home filled with antiques and character.
