History
Saint-Uze ceramics, produced in the Drôme region of France from the 19th century onwards, are highly collected for their distinctive combination of durable stoneware, deep cobalt blue slip glazes, and delicate blue transfer-printed floral motifs. Often referred to as 'grès de Saint-Uze,' these wares were manufactured for domestic use, with miniature versions produced as toys, salesman samples, or decorative cabinet pieces.
