A Florentine Neo-Gothic style folding triptych miniature altarpiece, crafted in gilded wood with incised punchwork decoration and colorful enamel inlays. The central arched panel features a fine reproduction of Raphael's celebrated Renaissance masterpiece, the *Madonna del Granduca* (c. 1505), depicting the Virgin Mary holding the Christ Child. The folding side wings are decorated with standing angels in arched niches, executed in the Gothic style.

This piece is a classic example of late 19th or early 20th-century Florentine devotional art, produced primarily for the Grand Tour market. The exterior of the wings is richly decorated with incised foliate motifs and inlaid teardrop-shaped cabochons of red and blue enamel, closing to form a pointed Gothic arch.
